Colgate-Palmolive approached us to help transform one of their Woking offices into an inviting, interactive space suitable for meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions. The goal was to create a modern environment that could shift atmosphere and tone depending on the type of event being hosted – from focused business sessions to creative brand presentations.

Working closely with the client’s project team, we developed a fully bespoke lighting scheme that aligned with their brand identity and practical needs. The concept incorporated advanced RGB functionality, enabling the team to adjust lighting colours to match Colgate-Palmolive’s brand palette or adapt to different presentation themes.

The space was divided into three distinct lighting zones – each designed to operate independently or in unison – allowing precise control and flexibility for different meeting formats.

Smart Light Industries designed, manufactured, and installed custom linear and recessed LED profiles featuring RGBW - DMX control, creating a clean, professional finish that complements the office architecture. The lighting was configured for intuitive control, ensuring quick transitions between ambient, task, and brand-focused colour settings.

The final installation delivers a striking yet understated lighting scheme that complements the luxury brand environment. Every join and alignment was executed with meticulous care, resulting in a flawless finish that enhances the store’s architectural detailing and product displays.
