Shipping policy

Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders placed before 3:00 PM weekdays (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for delivery. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us and we will give you the option of a full refund on any payments you have made.

Delivery will be made to the address specified upon completion of the order unless otherwise agreed. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or delay resulting from incorrect delivery information (unless caused by our negligence).

 

Delivery & Order Tracking

Standard sized items (<1.2m): UK mainland next-day delivery, Monday to Friday. Free on orders over £80, otherwise £6.50.

Oversized items (>1.2m): UK mainland next-day delivery, Monday to Friday. Free on orders over £80, otherwise £14.90.

Bespoke Items: UK mainland 5-7 business days delivery, Monday to Friday. Free on orders over £80, otherwise £14.90.

For next-day deliveries, orders must be placed from Monday to Friday before 3:00 pm (GMT). They will be dispatched by the courier that same day and delivered on the next working day by the delivery option you chose during checkout. Orders made after the 3:00 pm (GMT) cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day and once again, delivered by the option you chose. Orders made on Friday before midday will be dispatched the same day but delivered the following Monday, if available. We don’t dispatch or deliver on public holidays and some destinations may take a little bit longer. All orders are subject to availability.

Please Note: The above information is applicable to UK Mainland. There will be Extra Delivery Charges applicable for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Orkney Islands, due to our courier’s pricing, as well there may be delays in terms of delivery timing. If this is the case, and your order will be affected by extra charges for delivery, we will get in touch with you after placing your order, to discuss delivery options and charges.

Order Tracking

When we dispatch your order we will supply you with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your order. You can track your order using the tracking service provided by the selected parcel delivery company.

We will make sure to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once we receive your order, you will get an automatic email confirming that your order is being processed You will receive another mail once we dispatch the order and you shall also receive the invoice.

If we are out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours to give you the option of waiting or changing/cancelling a part or all of the order (unless we are expecting stock within a reasonable timeframe).

The customers who have paid for next day delivery will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfil the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock – as long as you agree to this.

Please note that signed for items cannot be left with a neighbour unless we have written instructions to do so.

What happens if the parcel goes missing in the post?

If you suspect your item has gone missing in the post please allow 15 working days to pass from the date of posting, we will put a claim in with the delivery company to investigate and issue you a replacement in the meantime. Please Note: we cannot send orders to non-fixed addresses.
